A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Architecture, she spent nine years working as a design and production architect for an award-winning commercial Landscape Architecture firm. During that time, her expertise was utilized in helping design projects that changed the landscape of Houston. Leaving this corporate role, Dawn developed a successful design firm specializing in residential design and construction. Today, this combined experience has given her an intimate knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods of Houston. This has proven to be a great asset when assisting her buyers and sellers.
With a rich architectural background, Dawn provides an extra level of knowledge when it comes to design possibilities, quality of construction and spotting possible issues that need to be investigated.
