As a Houston native with 26 real estate experience, Holley Madden delivers a wealth of know-how and healthy dose of passion to every transaction.

She's also earned a strong reputation for serving the unique needs of area sports figures with total discretion and professionalism. Holley was raised in a construction family, and she was trained in real estate by one of the top agents in the business. She has been an award-winning top producer for the last decade, and her many accolades include being named one of the Houston Association of Realtors' 20 under 40 and a consistent Texas Monthly 5 Star Realtor.



When not hard at work for clients, she can be found with her husband, Jeff, and their five kids, watching sports and eating great food.

STEVEN McCONNELL SMITH Steve Smith has specialized in business law and real estate litigation. He has worked as an attorney representing some of Houston's largest banks and real estate companies. Mr. Smith has multi-state real estate experience and is familiar with real estate and banking laws in over thirty states. He has represented large mortgage companies and has developed a thorough legal knowledge of all real estate transactions. Mr. Smith is an expert in technology and uses that experience to manage his trial and commercial lending docket and to provide consulting services to his clients. Prior to beginning his legal career he worked in commercial real estate as a licensed real estate broker. Steve is the broker and co-founder with Mary McBeth of Village Properties.
