STEVEN McCONNELL SMITH Steve Smith has specialized in business law and real estate litigation. He has worked as an attorney representing some of Houston's largest banks and real estate companies. Mr. Smith has multi-state real estate experience and is familiar with real estate and banking laws in over thirty states. He has represented large mortgage companies and has developed a thorough legal knowledge of all real estate transactions. Mr. Smith is an expert in technology and uses that experience to manage his trial and commercial lending docket and to provide consulting services to his clients. Prior to beginning his legal career he worked in commercial real estate as a licensed real estate broker. Steve is the broker and co-founder with Mary McBeth of Village Properties.
