• Joseph is a native Houstonian who began serving the community during high school in 2003 at a local credit union as a Banker assisting members with deposits and loans. He was eventually promoted to Loan Officer approving $200-$500k in loans monthly for people with all types of backgrounds and credit history. His tenure at the credit union ended in Dec. 2009 after working his last three years as the credit union's Controller responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, setting loan & deposit rates, implementing policies & procedures, etc.

• Joseph is a CPA, has a M.S. in Accountancy and B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Houston. He left the credit union to pursue a career in public accounting working at EY, a big four Accounting Firm. During his seven years in public accounting, he assisted Fortune 500 & private companies develop internal controls, provide audited financial statements, assist with SEC filings, file federal tax returns and perform technical research for C-Suite executives. He primarily served a Global Real Estate client with more than $120 billion under management and several Oil & Gas clients. Joseph is currently working as the Assistant Controller for a Houston based Oil & Gas company and is continually looking for opportunities to help the community and grow as an individual.

Keith began his career in commercial real estate in 1992 with General Property & Services, Inc. (GP&S) a wholly subsidiary of Gulf Publishing Company. Later, Keith became Vice President until Gulf Publishing sold GP&S to Keith in 2000. Keith has been in business since 1992 and has co-brokered over $500 million dollars of real estate transactions, concentrated mostly in land and warehouse sales. Over the years, Keith has brokered almost every type of commercial and residential product. Jaehne has been involved in hundreds of land transactions representing thousands of acres in the Houston area for residential and commercial development. Keith’s brokerage activities are allocated between extensively marketing a listing portfolio and effectively finding a match for his buyer’s requirements. Keith is also a principal that has formed dozens of joint venture partnerships to acquire land and warehouse investment opportunities.
