Blessed with a great sense of humor, good “people” skills, and a level-headed personality that puts clients and associates immediately at ease, Patty Jackson is a natural when it comes to handling the stresses and uncertainties connected with buying or selling a home.

A difficult move to Houston in 1984, as the result of a transfer, inspired her to become a Realtor® to help people cope with those transitions; while her background as a pre-school teacher ingrained in her the importance of focusing on the basics. Teaching also taught Patty the value of doing one’s homework and being well prepared.

She makes it a point to spend equal time representing buyers and sellers since she believes it gives her a greater perspective on both sides of a real estate transaction. She says that each sale is different and provides a learning experience that helps her with the next.

A resident of Ashford Forest/ Nottingham Forest, Patty markets all of the Memorial and Westside neighborhoods. She loves her job and it shows. Her energetic and positive approach to helping clients achieve their dreams is what has made her a “Star Achiever” for three years running and one of the company’s top producing agents.

What started out as an obsession of walking open houses on Sundays, has now turned into a 15 year career! Since getting my license in 2006, I have worked in many different facets of real estate that include working with land developers, homebuilders, and most importantly helping my closest friends and family find their home. I have a genuine passion for helping others find the right place they can make a home. As a mother of two girls, I know firsthand the importance of finding the right place where a family can build a community. I have lived in Houston for over 20 years and currently reside in the Memorial area. I grew up in Northwest Houston and was the oldest of three girls and a state champion tennis player (always have to throw that in there). I attended Baylor University where I met my husband, Jerry Gronauer, Jr. Some of our favorite activities are days spent with our girls, cheering on the Baylor Bears (Sic'Em!) and visiting our favorite place, Watercolor, Florida. Most of the time, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up something good! I am a native Cajun, but I come from a big Lebanese family where food is very important, and we are always planning our next meal! Above all else, I believe I am a hard worker. I genuinely love what I do and strive to make the home buying or selling process smooth and enjoyable for my clients.

Fifth-generation Texan and native Houstonian Anne Hamilton loves people, Houston and working in residential real estate sales. Anne’s warm, engaging manner immediately puts others at ease, inspires trust and opens communication. She is a valued advisor who works tirelessly to structure the best transaction for her client and smooth out the ups and downs of buying and selling real estate. Anne listens carefully to seek out the perfect property for her buyers. When representing a buyer, Anne’s primary goal is to find that house located on a special street in a neighborhood that the client will be excited to make their new home. When representing a seller, she is focused on getting the word out to all markets, both local and international, and bringing the highest possible price and most qualified buyer to a successful closing.

Anne attended Texas A & M University and is a proud Aggie graduate with a degree in accounting. After graduation, she worked as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. Anne made a career change to event catering and was a co-founder of FitzGibbs Catering. She loved creating fabulous food and serving her clients in their homes - and it was excellent experience for servicing her real estate clients.

Anne trained with the best, Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. Now a veteran agent and Circle of Excellence member, she loves being with a brokerage that is known for “white glove service” and representing the finest properties in all price categories. Staying current with marketing trends, actively using social media, and participating in the Sotheby’s International Realty global network sets Martha Turner Sotheby’s agents apart from the competition.

Anne cares about giving back to Houston and sharing her many blessings and is an active community volunteer and donor. Anne is a past board member of Holly Hall Christian Retirement Community and a founding board member of One Hundred Shares, Houston. She was a member of The Junior League of Houston and National Charity League. She and her husband, an attorney, are very active at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. They are the parents of two grown children, an artist in New York City and a graduating senior at Davidson College. Anne’s hobbies are travel, art appreciation, reading and international cuisine.

Susie has spent her entire adult life enjoying all that Houston has to offer. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a business degree, she began her life in Houston. For several years she lived in The Heights and then moved into her current home in the Memorial area. The time spent raising her two daughters and making memories in her home of the last 28 years has shown her how important it is to find your 'Home Sweet Home'. As a Realtor, she loves finding that special place that her Clients can call 'Home'. Before entering the real estate business, Susie spent her career working in the areas of investment banking, secured lending, and most recently she worked in the business office for a private international boarding school. This previous work experience has given her a true appreciation for the importance of accuracy and attention to detail, clear communication, and top level customer service from initial Client contact until final closing. She incorporates all that she learned in her previous work life into her current career as a Realtor. Susie found another perfect home with her friends and fellow Realtors at Meadows Property Group. The recipient of many production awards in her long career, Debbie Houston is known for perseverance and patience. Debbie believes in “aggressive assistance,” and finds out each client’s way of thinking to provide just the right amount of push to gently help them reach a decision. “Most of my clients are successful business people, so more often than not, the best way to help them ‘get there’ is by listening and letting them reach a conclusion themselves.”

Debbie assists sellers and buyers in Houston neighborhoods inside Loop-610, the Tanglewood and Memorial areas, and north to areas in around The Woodlands. She likes to point out that she doesn’t have a typical client. Her clients range from young families relocating into or out of Houston to heads of corporations and entrepreneurs, and she assists clients in all price points and income ranges.

Ideals instilled by her parents continue to guide Debbie every day. “My parents were great examples. They taught me that if you raise your hand for something, you complete it. Honesty was a must, along with the value and importance of work and accepting responsibility. I attribute my success today to those early teachings and, as my husband says, I have a servant’s heart.”

Debbie grew up in Concordia, Missouri and graduated with a degree in business education from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Debbie held HR positions with a large Houston corporation where she managed the recruitment department for customer service professionals.

Debbie moved to Houston in 1982. She and her husband raised their family in the Memorial area and are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. Over the years, Debbie has assumed numerous volunteer positions in her children's schools. When time permits, she enjoys home remodeling, cooking, skiing, and traveling.
