Her interest in real estate remained keen, however, and she bought and extensively remodeled five homes during this time. The third generation of a four-generation real estate family, Janice attained her real estate license at age 19. A full-time, hard-working, highly motivated Realtor, Janice knows the ins-and-outs of successfully closing a real estate transaction, whether a sale or purchase. “I make communication a priority,” says Janice. “My clients tell me that my upbeat attitude and can-do mind-set give them confidence and peace of mind.”

Janice’s background in fashion and textile design helps clients visualize the potential of available homes, and her solid business sense and negotiating skills make her an effective advocate throughout the transaction process.

Janice and her husband, a native Houstonian, continue to reside in the Memorial area and have two adult children. She has been an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and the Junior League of Houston. Janice enjoys hunting and fishing in her free time.
