Andrea Bauer

Andrea Bauer learned from the best. She began her career in real estate working for two top producers in high-end, highly competitive independent real estate firms. Andrea absorbed the importance of staying on top of the market and making a total commitment to her clients. She believes in constant communication and attentive service, two things for which her clients commend her. “My greatest satisfaction comes from finding my buyers the home of their dreams or successfully negotiating a great sales price for my sellers,” says Andrea.

Andrea is conversant with the neighborhoods of the greater Houston area but focuses on Memorial, Tanglewood, Spring Valley, River Oaks, West University and the Museum District.

A resident of Hunters Creek Village, Andrea grew up in the Memorial Villages. She graduated from Duchesne Academy and received a degree in marketing from Texas Christian University. Andrea is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

When not selling real estate, Andrea enjoys tennis and volunteers for her children’s schools, Memorial High School and Spring Branch Middle School.
