Luciano holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the most prestigious University of Brazil. After working in several countries, and upper management roles within the Oil & Gas industry, he decided to pursue a MBA for Executives from Rice University. His passion for Real Estate pressed him to leave the corporate life, and dedicate on a full time basis as Real Estate Investor based out of Houston. Why Houston? Lauren Amaro's real estate journey began with those closest to her. After
seeing the unpleasant experiences of friends and family in their real estate
endeavors, she decided to make it her mission to restore confidence in the
home buying process. For over eight years, Lauren has made it a priority to
deliver the utmost customer service to her clients through attention to detail
and consistent follow up. Lauren's expertise in the local real estate market
and knowledge of the ins and outs of the greater Houston area sets her apart

Lauren is a native Houstonian and a University of Houston alumna. With a
major in Communications and a minor in Executive Sales from the renowned
Bauer Business School - Program for Excellence in Selling, she brings a
dynamic skill set to her clients. She is a former board member of the Women's
Council of Realtors Houston and remains active in the greater Houston real
estate community.

Outside of real estate, Lauren loves to explore her favorite city with her son
and husband. She can also be found volunteering at Small Steps Nurturing
Center and Child Advocates, working to connect with and mentor youth in the
community.

After graduating from Rutgers University, Patrick dove into the world of sales and marketing in New York City gaining experience in magazine publishing, travel and tourism.

In 1990 Patrick moved to Houston and has lived inside the loop for more than 30 years. He has a broad base of experience in buying, remodeling, and selling a wide range of properties from historic homes to new construction.

Patrick works with clients city-wide, but the Heights, Montrose, and Museum District areas have been fertile ground for his expertise in Inner Loop real estate. As a Houston real estate Top Producer from 2007-2023 and currently a 2023 member of Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle, Patrick enjoys leveraging the tools and services of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury brand for his clients. Patrick is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHM) and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Patrick's primary goal is simple to understand his clients' needs and objectives. He takes time to educate all of his clients about the market, presents outstanding options and is hands on in his approach.

Patrick loves the international diversity that Houston offers and has a social network aimed towards bringing together people from all over the world who share the belief that living internationally makes life a richer experience.

Patrick is an avid traveler having visited more than 55 countries. The Visual and Performing arts are some of his favorite past times. He also enjoys the outdoors, hiking, skiing, eating Tex-Mex, Halloween, and staying in touch with family, friends, and clients.

A. Selena Barr is a native Houstonian and fourth generation Texan with a background in working with Real Estate investors, property management and helping people seek that happy and healthy lifestyle they are looking for in their community. She thrives on focusing on her clients wants, needs and just-can't-live-with-outs by simply observing the many ways homeowners make a house their home.

Previous experiences working with local investors has given Selena a competitive edge in learning exactly what it is her clients are looking for in their community. This experience helped her develop valuable negotiating and marketing skills that she still employs as a principal of a real estate in her business today.

Her love for real estate stems from a lifelong interest in helping people. She found that by helping people in need was satisfying, but helping a family to find a place to call home has truly been a rewarding and gratifying experience. Selena has volunteered at several events in her community such as representing and working the polls during election time and working with the Big Brother, Big Sister Program. Her ability to connect with her community has been a top priority of hers over the years. She currently resides in the much desired quiet neighborhood in the Greater-Houston Heights with her dog, Marley!

Growing up in Houston has made this a place where she calls home. She continues to give back to her local community by volunteering her time to charitable organizations such as the American Cancer Society and supporting or volunteering with the SNAP assistance programs and events throughout the years!

When she isn't working hard for her client's, she enjoys scouting around on her bicycle through the Heights bike trails, getting caught up in a great book, swimming, or just relaxing on one of Galveston's quiet beaches soaking up the sun and salty air. She's a natural socialite and conversationalist and loves when people ask her what she does for a living. She thrives on showing her client's around Houston and offering her advice and opinion to the ones that have just recently relocated to the area from another city or country. A native Houstonian, Clare Bartlett is a Realtor with Norhill Realty serving home buyers or sellers throughout the city with a particular focus and experience in Houston's Inner Loop and near town neighborhoods. Through her 20s, Clare made it a point to live in a new neighborhood every year. She wanted to find all of the nooks and niches the city had to offer. This experience has provided Clare with a unique insight into this great city and all it has to offer. Clare started her real estate career by flipping houses with a small group of investors.
