Alison McGallion is always ready to help her clients find the perfect home. She is market savvy and organized, her attention to detail puts her a step ahead in residential real estate. Alison has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and TRLP (Texas Realtors Leadership Program) designations.

Alison is an avid participant in charitable organizations. She enjoys supporting local and national charities by participating in bike rides, specifically the MS 150, which she has completed nine times. Alison has also been a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past 18 years. She often donates her time to the less fortunate, and since 2008, her family and friends have served many needy families lunch on Christmas Eve.

Alison currently resides in Lazybrook, enjoying the close nit community, easy access to many freeways and neighborhood establishments. Prior to Lazybrook, Alison lived in Oak Forest, where, unfortunately she lost her home to Hurricane Harvey. Prior to Oak Forest, Alison lived Downtown for 6 years, appreciating the diversity, people and things to do in Houston. Alison graduated High School from Ball High in Galveston, Texas. She frequents the Island monthly and used to own a short term rental on the Island. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and can often be found outdoors training for the MS 150 bicycle ride.

Although Alison hasn't been a Houston resident since birth, she moved here 23 years ago after receiving a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and vows never to leave! Alison also holds a Masters in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston- Downtown.

I moved to the Historic Old Sixth Ward in 1989, and have lived within a 5 mile radius ever since. The greater Heights/Montrose has seen some areas morph and thrive, while others have been preserved and protected. Now, we're seeing drastic changes in Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, and Shepherd Forest. As well as a career in real estate which began in 1994, I have participated in many new construction, renovation, preservation and investment projects over the years. For these reasons, I am invaluable in helping my clients navigate the home inspection process...sellers and buyers. If you are a buyer, and your new home needs some updating or repairs...or if you are a seller who has a few odds and ends that need to be taken care of before your house goes to market, I will assist you, even after the sale. As a native of Houston for more than 30 years, Kory has a unique perspective to the growing cities landscapes. Raised in Missouri City, Kory attended high school in Fort Bend independent School District and worked in all inner loop areas and surrounding cities such as the Woodlands, Cypress, Pearland, Sugar Land and Bellaire. After completing her Associates in Science from Houston Community College, Kory finished her Bachelors in Science at the University of Houston Downtown where she developed her passions for hospitality management and urban planning.

With over 15 years of service experience, Kory raises the bar when it comes to accommodations. Her goal is to provide a memorable experience that creates a positive and lasting impression and do it consistently. A few hobbies Kory loves would include organizing, landscaping and designing. Other activities that she enjoys are cycling on Houston's bicycle trails or downtown streets and taking care of her dogs by going to one of the many dog parks within the 610 loop. Kory's father moved to Normangee after retirement, which is located north of Houston, and her sister has been living in Katy for the past twelve years.

Kory's' experience and acknowledgements in service have come from many years of paying attention to the details, being flexible and recognizing others strengths and weaknesses. Kory has managed, operated and opened a number of restaurants and bars in the local Houston area. Presently, as a full-time REALTOR and Mediator, Kory continues to add value to the home buying experience.

Kristi has been in the real estate and construction industry since 2004. She began her career in the industry working as a Marketing professional for a general contractor. In 2008 she joined a small civil and structural engineering firm, where she was responsible for interacting with architects, contractors and other real estate professionals to develop business for her firm.

After 12 years in the commercial industry, and a few personal real estate investments, she decided to use her knowledge to help buyers and sellers find their dream home.

Kristi is a graduate of St. Pius X High School and Texas A&M University. After attending school in the area, she and her husband purchased their first home in 2004 and they have resided in Shepherd Park Plaza since 2004. She focuses her efforts on the Timbergrove/Lazybrook & Garden Oaks/Oak Forest/Shepherd Park Plaza area.

Kristi is married to her high school sweetheart and, together, they have three children.

Born and raised in Idaho, my husband and I relocated in 2015 from Boise to Houston with our four children. It didn't take long for the whole family to fall in love with the city and the people here. Though our favorite place is home, you'll most likely find us at the soccer fields, baseball tournaments, and school functions supporting each other and our community.

I believe that a home is important not only because it provides a stable place to live, but it plays a vital role in building strong, stable communities and provides an avenue to build wealth.
