I moved to the Historic Old Sixth Ward in 1989, and have lived within a 5 mile radius ever since. The greater Heights/Montrose has seen some areas morph and thrive, while others have been preserved and protected. Now, we're seeing drastic changes in Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, and Shepherd Forest. As well as a career in real estate which began in 1994, I have participated in many new construction, renovation, preservation and investment projects over the years. For these reasons, I am invaluable in helping my clients navigate the home inspection process...sellers and buyers. If you are a buyer, and your new home needs some updating or repairs...or if you are a seller who has a few odds and ends that need to be taken care of before your house goes to market, I will assist you, even after the sale. It is my priority throughout a transaction to keep my clients informed about every detail, large or small. From the initial meeting and discussion though closing and beyond, keeping a good line of communication with all parties involved is key to performance, accountability, and success. Although I am based in the Heights, I represent buyers and sellers throughout the area...from Galveston, to River Oaks, to The Woodlands.
