These units which are located in the 2016 Main high-rise condominium building had been acquired by an investor partnership in a block purchase. In 1998, Homes Central began marketing condominium units at The Court at Museums Gate a garden style gated property located at 4004 Montrose. With the successful sale of units in both properties the company’s focus has expanded to other properties in the Downtown/Midtown area, both in sales and leasing.
