Initially the company devoted its full attention to the sale of 278 condominium units. These units which are located in the 2016 Main high-rise condominium building had been acquired by an investor partnership in a block purchase. With the successful sale of units in both properties the company’s focus has expanded to other properties in the Downtown/Midtown area, both in sales and leasing.
