As a Certified Public Accountant, Yolanda has worked in federal government and corporate world in many leadership roles. She was involved in very complex, high-stake negotiations where she developed exceptional organizational capabilities and the skills to professionally interact with individuals at all levels. Yolanda is experienced in working with transferees and relocation companies in the relocation process and recognize the importance of being discreet in all her transactions. She has also been a small business owner, and that entrepreneurial experience allows her the ability to think creatively for her clients.
At its core, Yolanda values building lasting relationships with her clients and work hard to make their realty dreams a reality. Investors work with Yolanda to acquire properties for remodeling for rentals and resale. They retain her for market analyses and rely on her keen business experiences and innate ability to understand and outperform the market for maximum return on their investment portfolios.
A native Houstonian, Yolanda and her husband are the proud parents of 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Community service is important to her and she is involved in a number of professional, non-profit, and networking organizations where she has served in various board positions. Yolanda has been honored to receive several awards throughout her professional career, but one that she holds dear to her heart is the highly coveted HSPVA Parent of the Year Award in 2014 from her children's school.
