“It was my first time selling my home on my own so I was quite emotional however I had full confidence in Yenny and she made the process as smooth as possible. Yenny provided me with contacts to construction and landscaping personnel she had previously worked with. I had landscaping, painting, and minor fixes completed within two weeks. Yenny helped with pricing the house appropriately and once the house went on the market I received an offer I was satisfied with in a week and the closing completed 5 weeks later. Other than being quick and efficient, Yenny is warm, personable and easy to work with. While I was selling my house I had already moved out of state and Yenny went the extra mile to help me out with whatever I could not do while I was not physically around.
