Wojciech Kic, founder and President, oversees the management and marketing of MANAGErenthouses. He has 40+ years experience managing rent houses in Houston, and the surrounding area. Wojciech holds a BA in Finance from the University of Houston, an MBA from Rice University, and a Texas Real Estate Broker's License. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Commercial Investment Member by the CCIM Institute. In addition, Wojciech taught Property Management as an adjunct instructor at Houston Community College for 10 years. He wrote the LANDLORDING Column for the EnRicher, and published several articles in the Houston Business Journal, and San Antonio Business Journal.
