William Norfolk

I currently work with Centerline Real Estate LLC which has its home office in Houston off Woodway. Due to the real estate business being technology driven, I am able to work from my home office as well. I earned a BBA degree from Texas State University in San Marcos.

I have lived and worked in the Clear Lake area for over 25 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor® in 2009, I was the tennis director at Bay Oaks Country Club for over 20 years. I enjoy working with people and strive to provide an experience with my clients that will create raving fans. My previous work at the the country club and my focus on church and family have allowed me to stay very connected to the community.

My philosophy for success in business and in general is the simple "Golden Rule" , treat others how you would expect to be treated. My goal is to help others achieve their real estate goal(s) through listening and then creating a plan to get the desired result. All of my customers or clients are professionally guided throughout the real estate process directly with me until closing.
