William Dampier

William "Bill" Dampier began his career in 1998 as a Banker for J.P.MorganChase. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. He became a licensed real estate agent in the summer of 2020.

Today, Bill is a successful commercial real estate lender, serving as the Senior Vice President at Independent Financial. In addition, Bill serves as the Senior Managing Partner for Family Tree Real Estate Group, a boutique real estate acquisition and property management firm.
