With over 48 years of business experience, Wayne Cohen has owned and operated multiple companies, serving as Managing Director and President. His background includes managing the day-to-day operations of a real estate investment and general contracting business, providing him with the expertise to deliver exceptional service in today’s competitive market.
Wayne is a skilled negotiator, with extensive experience in corporate lease, vendor, and banking negotiations. He confidently represents both buyers and sellers, guiding transactions to successful completion with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Outside of real estate, Wayne is highly accomplished in athletics. A passionate marathon runner, he has completed 49 marathons, including 14 Boston Marathons—10 consecutively—with a personal best of 2:58. He has also organized and led a nonprofit running group of over 100 members and served as Head Coach for the Houston Fit Training Program (2003–2008).
Wayne’s athletic background extends internationally. He represented Glamorgan County Cricket Club in Wales and the United States National Cricket Team. He is also an avid golfer, having played to an 8 handicap.
Originally from South Africa, Wayne completed military training as a Lieutenant in the artillery division. He has traveled extensively throughout South Africa, Great Britain, Europe, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
In his personal time, Wayne enjoys classical and jazz music and regularly attends the Opera, Symphony, and Society for the Performing Arts.
