Vicki Brundage has been a resident of The Woodlands for 25 years and an area Realtor since 2012. She is an active member of the community and has enjoyed raising her 3 children in such a welcoming, eventful environment. Over the years, they have enjoyed the hike/bike trails, kayaking, parks, pools, festivals, excellent dining, amenities, and concerts of all kinds. One of the reasons she enjoys real estate is because it allows her to share her extensive knowledge and love of the area with clients.
Vicki started her real estate journey as an investor and co-owner of her husband's real estate brokerage. Throughout the process, she mastered the ins and outs of the purchase/sale process, real estate regulations, efficient marketing, and superior client service. As her client business grew, she joined Connect Realty in order to offer the best technology, live support, and marketing tools to each customer. She utilizes the latest programs and applications, including 3-D virtual tours, Facebook ads, and the latest marketing data to ensure her clients' needs are not only met but also exceeded.
Vicki is personable, believes in integrity, ethics, continued learning, and going the extra mile for her buyers and sellers. She likes to keep an open line of communication with all parties throughout the entire sales process. Vicki places great importance on spending time getting to know her clients to better understand their expectations and needs. She has a passion for adding value to the lives of others through her work and is never too busy to help or answer questions for her clients and colleagues.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, at the beach and the hill country. She is an amateur photographer, involved in volunteering, a support group for caregivers, and Bible Study. Vicki still stays active with investing, renovating a few homes a year.
