Knows the process very well and always comes in very well organized. From market research to defining the steps and giving us her honest take opinion on things. Being in Conroe and her being in the Houston area, my wife and i did have a conversation about how it would work operationally, but it never ended being an issue. Veronica would make the drive up north whenever it was needed w o hesitation. She was very prompt with getting back to us and seemed just about always available to talk.
