In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors she is also a member of Texas Business Brokers Association. Vanessa is a proud member of the HAA-Houston Apartment Association. Vanessa has been involved in buying & listing resale homes and new construction homes. She has represented many of Houston's Inner-loop Builders and Property Management Firms. She specializes in Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condos,Lofts, New Construction homes and Multifamily Leasing in the Inner Loop, Galleria, Katy and Surrounding areas. I have been the Real Estate Business for over 13 years and during these period i have acquired a vast wealth of knowledge in real estate sales and purchase negotiations. My experience representing both buyers and sellers over these period of time gives me the ability to become a good and dynamic negotiator and a closer.
In addition to my buyers and sellers representations, i also have a bachelor degree in Business administration, majoring in finance. I also have taking various appraisal classes over time and had a two years of appraisal practice experience, and a five years of practice as a property tax consultants. all of these gives me a thorough knoweledge of the overall Real Estates markets.
