I have been the Real Estate Business for over 13 years and during these period i have acquired a vast wealth of knowledge in real estate sales and purchase negotiations. My experience representing both buyers and sellers over these period of time gives me the ability to become a good and dynamic negotiator and a closer.
In addition to my buyers and sellers representations, i also have a bachelor degree in Business administration, majoring in finance. I also have taking various appraisal classes over time and had a two years of appraisal practice experience, and a five years of practice as a property tax consultants. all of these gives me a thorough knoweledge of the overall Real Estates markets.
