I've worked with Tracy a few times now, and I can say without a doubt that she's as good as they come in the real estate world! Tracy's attention to detail stands out, and you always feel that she has her clients best interests at heart. I would refer my own friends and family to Tracy if they ever need a realtor. Keep up the great work Tracy!

Tracy was incredibly helpful during the process of selling 2 of our homes. When we listed the first for sale by owner, Tracy approached us with the opportunity to work with her. Based on her knowledge, kindness, and experience, we decided to work with Tracy. She sold the first home within a couple months. We were happy with the first result, so we decided Tracy would be our agent to represent our rental property. Tracy went above and beyond here! The tenants we had were challenging to work with and given that I was moving cities, she helped us with sprinkler repairs and other items that needed repairs while I was gone. It was no easy feat and our tenants almost killed the deal for everyone. Tracy navigated a challenging situation VERY well and we got the property sold. I am so grateful for my experience with Tracy and would recommend her without any reservation!

I have had the pleasure to work with Tracy to both sell a house and to buy a house. Tracy is absolutely wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions or issues. She is always positive, upbeat, helpful, very knowledgeable, available and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

The Tracy Halverson Group is the way to go when selling your home! She gave me great advice, helped me stage my home, took amazing photos, and had my house sold in one week! Selling and buying a new home can be so stressful, but not with Tracy! I'm not planning on selling my current home for a while, but if I do, Tracy is my first phone call!

Tracy goes above and beyond for her clients. She really has become more than a realtor to us she has become an incredible friend. She gets things done immediately and will call or schedule a showing in an instance and in this crazy market that’s so helpful. She’s a go getter and works so hard to sell your home or find and help buy your dream home. Her open houses are classy and sophisticated and no details are missed. She got our home ready to go and listed, open house, and sold within a week. We have loved working with her and will always work with her in the future.
