My love for real estate began in childhood. I'm originally from a small town in the Midwest and moved to Texas in 1980. Growing up, I moved often across Harris County, experiencing all of Houston- it's diverse neighborhoods, unique architecture, rich history, and the many ways of life throughout this great city. That early exposure sparked a lifelong appreciation for the places we call home.

Today, as a real estate agent, I bring that same passion and perspective to helping others find their home. At the age of 19 I bought my first house making me a first-generation homeowner. I understand how life-changing owning a home can be; stability, equity, and generational opportunity.

I've owned and operated several small businesses in The Greater Houston area for over two decades followed by a semi-retirement. As both a small business owner and a real estate investor, I evaluate every contract from multiple perspectives. I'm known for being a tough, strategic negotiator with a warm and caring approach, bringing both grit and understanding to every transaction.

My approach is simple: listen well, communicate clearly, and always advocate for your goals. With a heart for service and a mind for strategy, I combine expert market knowledge with personal attention.
