Looking to sell or buy a home?! Call my most favorite realtor and now friend Jose Richenberger!!! Best thing we did when we sold our previous home, and bought another was calling Jose!!! First off, let me say he worked multiple miracles throughout the process. Unheard of negotiations that worked out, unrealistic profit from selling our previous home, and new home in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in! This was NOT a typical stressful home selling/buying experience. Jose made it less stressful. He found me the most amazing lender, Jake Larson, and made sure we fully understood every detail along the way. With the market being crazy the way it is right now.it was a long shot to get what we wanted and for the process to go the way it went. Cannot thank Jose enough and we are forever grateful, not just for the amazing job he did for us but also for his dedication and passion for helping others the way he does!! Highly recommend!! I would highly recommend Maritza if you are looking for agent. She is quick to respond and is very patient and understanding in what I needed and looking for. She make the transition go smooth by handling everything in a timely manner. I will defiantly use her service again in the future.
