Joshua has been a resident of the Woodlands, Conroe and Central Houston areas for twenty years. Growing up in Huntsville and moving to the Rice Village area to pursue a Bachelor's degree from The #1 Ranked Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, Josh knows the joys of small-town living and the excitement of city-life. He now resides on a one-acre homestead in the Oak Ridge area with his wife, Meagan, and three children, Norah, Owen, and Ethan.

Josh began his career as a real estate investor in 2012, and soon found that his friends and family requested his help with their own personal transactions. Soon after licensure, his business began to grow and the J. Want Group is now part of Compass, the #1 listing brokerage in the Greater Houston region.

I've lived in The Woodlands/Spring area the past 9 years and prior to that in the Galleria, Memorial and Sugar Land. So my expertise spans across multiple areas of Houston.

My husband was an officer in the Marine Corp and my nephew is currently in the Navy so I am passionate about serving those who've served and educating them about VA home loan benefits.

Prior to real estate, I spent 20+ years in corporate, most of which was with ExxonMobil. My job roles in Knowledge Management, Recruiting and IT required me to be detailed oriented and tech savvy as well as have great negotiating and communication. These experiences have provided me with valuable and transferrable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing my client's listings.

In my free time, you'll often find me volunteering in the community, traveling and enjoying time with my friends and family, especially my loving husband and adorable Yellow Labrador, Emmie.

Bruce Kink is the Operating Principal at Keller Williams Metropolitan office, a 600+ associate real estate office in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas; the Operating Principal / Majority Owner of Keller Williams The Woodlands office, a 400+ associate real estate office in the Woodlands area along with his wife Diane Kink; and Partner with Diane at The Kink Team (a $100+ Million Residential Real Estate Team in The Woodlands TX). In January 2011 Bruce stepped out of The Kink Team business in The Woodlands to become CEO / Team Leader of Keller Williams Metropolitan office. The opening of KW Metropolitan's new facility was timed perfectly to coincide with KW's worldwide international expansion. Bruce is proud to have led the KW Metropolitan associates into a new, state of the art, 28,000 sf office on Westheimer, located directly across from Houston's famed Galleria Mall. Bruce and Diane sit on the board of directors for the Keller Williams International Luxury Homes division and are active in community events and charities in the Woodlands, Texas. His wife, Diane Kink, has continued to expand The Kink Team's capabilities throughout the local Woodlands region this year. She is committed to providing superior service to her luxury clientele, investors, and buyers and sellers who are making The Woodlands and surrounding area their home. With their two grown kids, the empty nest remains busy with real estate related activities.

Kristi Blount has lived in The Woodlands for close to 40 years. She has an extensive network of relationships built in The Woodlands and surrounding communities over the years. First licensed in 2011, she has deep knowledge of the real estate industry in the Houston area.

Kristi has 15 years of experience teaching Calculus at the local high school before deciding to jump full time into her real estate career. The same dedication and passion to see students succeed has followed her into her real estate career. She is dedicated to finding the right property and advocating for her client's best interests!

Outside of work, Kristi can be found spending time with her husband and 3 adopted dogs, running, or lifting weights at the local gym.

Mark Haley is a real estate agent with Gulf Oak Realty. He is committed to listening to his clients' needs to provide them with an invaluable experience. As a resident of Greater Houston since 2006, he is able to provide a concierge-level service for clients moving into the area.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Mark graduated from Jesuit High School and then went on to graduate with two bachelor's degrees from Saint Louis University. In 2006, he moved to The Woodlands after being hired as an airline pilot. Mark's determination and drive led him to further his education by getting his real estate license and earning a certificate in advanced technical accounting.

As a licensed airline pilot, Mark understands that attention to detail is a necessary component of success. His diverse background provides his clients with the negotiation skills and financial insight needed beyond the initial home search and showings.

Mark is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, and they reside in The Woodlands with their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, exercising, watching sports, and coaching little league.
