What is the best source for an email list of Realtors in specific market areas?

The email program Zip Your Flyer is one I\'ve used. ZYF groups their email lists by preset parameters. You could contact them by phone to inquire if they can customize an area for you to use for your email advertisements.

My license expires at the end of February and I have taken more than the required eighteen hours of CE. If I take more classes before the end of February, will the hours be credited towards my 2021 requirement? Or will they simply add extra hours to my 2019 requirement?

Hi Bill, lucky for you I was a real estate career counselor for 16 yrs prior to being a Realtor. CE hours are reported by the provider and/or instructor. When you sign the ce form after class, they report those to TREC for you. They usually have a 10 day deadline to report. If your hours are not showing up under your name on TREC’s site, contact the provider/instructor of the class to be sure you signed correctly on all appropriate forms.In my years of counseling, CE hours are only good for the 2 years you are in due to expiration of the course. You may want to call TREC to verify this is still correct. On the bright side, if you do not have a Brokers license yet, the CE hours will count towards elective education towards a Brokers license.
