I strive to treat my clients the way I want to be treated, always placing their interests above my own. As an eighth generation Texan and native Houstonian, I have intimate knowledge of the area. I've lived in The Woodlands/Spring area the past 9 years and prior to that in the Galleria, Memorial and Sugar Land. So my expertise spans across multiple areas of Houston.

As a Top Producer for Coldwell Banker, my business is built on hard work, integrity, and communication. I'm tenacious and like to win for my clients but do so with a calm, professional demeanor, and a smile. It is my goal to minimize the stress and frustration for my clients, providing them with a positive and memorable experience, and ultimately creating loyal clients for life.

My husband was an officer in the Marine Corp and my nephew is currently in the Navy so I am passionate about serving those who've served and educating them about VA home loan benefits.

Prior to real estate, I spent 20+ years in corporate, most of which was with ExxonMobil. My job roles in Knowledge Management, Recruiting and IT required me to be detailed oriented and tech savvy as well as have great negotiating and communication. These experiences have provided me with valuable and transferrable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing my client's listings.

In my free time, you'll often find me volunteering in the community, traveling and enjoying time with my friends and family, especially my loving husband and adorable Yellow Labrador, Emmie.
