“Terry was great. I had to sell my home out of state and was not able to be there locally to look in on the home. He helped me come up with a reasonable price and did a good job in marketing the home. Terry even went out and helped clean the grounds a few times when needed. I paid him for his efforts but Terry was the one to suggest making a few changes and went out to pick up a few plants and planted them to help brighten up the place as I was not able to be there to do so. I feel he went beyond what others were willing to do to help me sell the home. Terry did a good job in keeping in contact with me at all stages and also answered any questions that I had. I would also add that I used a different realtor prior to Terry. After 7 months with the first realtor I had enough and I switched to using Terry. There was a large difference between the two. Terry’s superior quality is exhibited by his knowledge of the market & his skilled patience w/us & the seller’s agent. He was volunteering to perform tasks we hadn’t considered & prodded exacting communications w/respective title cos.( we had closings on the same day) to effect a smooth transfer. He attended every inspection. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone who needs an agent to this gentleman to effectuate a smooth real estate transaction . Terry Kraemer is the best.”
