Sounds as bad as taking something to a register and the cashier tells you a higher price. Consumer protection would scream false advertising. I tell my sellers to be sure of their terms, and would never list them in the MLS. Just \"Seller will consider Owner Financing\"

Hello! I have a buyer who is under contract on a relo property. He is out of his option period. He received word yesterday that he is being promoted and transferred to their Savannah, GA. location. Is there any law that allows him to get back his earnest money since he is now being relocated? He does have a corporate letter showing the relocation order. \n

Yes, as long as it is not to keep from terminating. If the pull is due to repairs being made, or an emergency that requires no showings, temporary issues only.
