Tammy Sohl – Rodeo Realtor® | JLA Realty

I’m Tammy Sohl, proudly known as the Rodeo Realtor® with JLA Realty. For 44 years, Montgomery County has been more than where I live and work—it has been my home, my community, and an important part of God’s purpose for my life.

For nine years, I have helped buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and relocating families navigate real estate with honesty, strong communication, local knowledge, and hands-on service. My experience includes residential and luxury homes, country properties and acreage, land and lots, leases, negotiations, multiple-offer situations, and the many important details that arise between the first conversation and closing day.

My guiding scripture is Proverbs 3:5–6:

“Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track.” — The Message

I pray for wisdom and discernment throughout every transaction. I believe God directs my path and brings me the people I am called to serve. A home is never just a transaction—it represents someone’s family, memories, future, and legacy. My clients receive direct communication, honest guidance, careful attention, and an advocate who treats their goals as if they belonged to a friend.

My professional designations include Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Buyer Representative, Certified Listing Professional, Certified Listing Expert, Certified Multiple Offers Expert, and Certified Seniors Specialist.

I have also been honored with JLA Realty recognition, including Triple Crown achievements, an Over $1 Million Month award, and membership in the 100% Club. I am grateful for every achievement, but the greatest recognition is a client’s trust, a five-star review, or a referral from someone I have served.

Community service is at the heart of my Rodeo Realtor® identity. I have served the Montgomery County Fair and Rodeo for more than 20 years and am honored to serve as the 2027 Youth Rodeo Committee Chair. Supporting local youth, agriculture, education, and family traditions is not simply volunteer work—it is part of my calling.

My husband and I are active at Fellowship of Montgomery, and our faith guides how we serve others. I also support local schools and youth literacy through programs including Read Across America and the 40-Book Challenge.
