Susan McConkey

Having worked for many years as a Houston residential Realtor, Susan McConkey has built a reputation as being knowledgeable, organized and maintaining the highest level of commitment to her client's needs. Susan has worked with both small and large real estate companies, and has taken that knowledge and combined it with her years of experience and individual perspective, to form Susan McConkey Properties. Remaining educated and up to date in all areas of residential real estate has been a top priority for Susan. She has earned designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is considered the PHD of Real Estate, and a designation that only the top 4% of Realtors nationwide have earned.

Susan is a native Houstonian and a deeply involved resident in the areas she serves. This continued involvement in her community enables her to offer a unique and in depth market knowledge to her clients. Susan plays an active role within the Memorial area schools as a leader in the PTA at the elementary, middle and high school levels. She is a member of the National Charity League, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, Baylor University Women’s Association, Baylor University Alumni Association, the Pi Beta Phi Alumni Club and Chapelwood United Methodist Church. She has also served as a Girl Scout leader and volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

A graduate of The Kinkaid School in Houston and Baylor University, Susan is organized, professional and committed.
