Summer Patton brought to the team a background in the real estate title industry. She now has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor® (originally doing her business in David's name) and two decades in real estate. She is a certified stager and has a Luxury Realtor® designation along with years of selling properties valued over a million dollars. A graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. One of her specialties is selling horse properties. Summer supports the American Heart Association (Circle of Red, Past Co-Chair), Centrum Arts League (Past Gala Chair), Frank PTO, United States Eventing Association, and is a graduate of Leadership North Houston.
Combined Summer and David are a dedicated couple married for over 20 years and Gleannloch Farm residents for over 15 years. As a team their experiences include representing sellers and buyers with luxury properties, land, commercial land, horse properties, new construction, relocation / corporate moves, first time purchases, investments and more.
