Steven is the Team Leader of Spacemakers Group brokered by The Sears Group. Steven is a driven real estate specialist and proud native Houstonian who found his passion in real estate early in his career. His expertise and guidance in both commercial & residential real estate has allowed him to, identify lucrative investment opportunities and deliver exceptional results, earning him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry. He is proud to have navigated families through the life events of having to sell a home and being a part of their first home purchase. Education: Steven is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Houston with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship. The program again lands a top spot on the list of the Top 25 Undergraduate Schools for Entrepreneurs, released every year by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur.
