Steven Kleiman founded Oakington Realty in 2003 after realizing he could better serve buyers, sellers, builders, and investors by creating a boutique real estate company built around relationships, personalized service, and long-term trust. Named after the street he grew up on in Southwest Houston, Oakington Realty was founded with a strong sense of community and the belief that real estate is about far more than just transactions.

For over 20 years, Steven has helped clients throughout Houston navigate everything from luxury homes and new construction to investment properties, lot acquisitions, senior transitions, and off-market opportunities.
