His specialties include listing and selling luxury homes, historic properties, new construction, investment properties, and residential homes throughout the Greater Houston Area including but not limited to Houston Heights, Timbergrove, Rice Military, Montrose, Memorial, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Shady Acres, and East Downtown. A Houston native who has lived in Houston Heights since 2004, Stephen offers clients deep local market knowledge and firsthand insight into the neighborhoods he serves.
Stephen has earned the President's Circle/Leading Edge Award from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices every year since 2012, placing him among the top 10% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales professionals worldwide. He is also a Texas REALTORS Continuing Education instructor, sharing his expertise with fellow real estate professionals, and has served on a Houston Association of REALTORS committee, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the real estate profession through education and leadership.
Outside of real estate, Stephen has been a Texas high school football official for more than 20 years and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Houston chapter of his officiating association. His experience officiating competitive athletics reflects the fairness, preparation, communication, and sound judgment he brings to every real estate transaction. An avid golfer with approximately a 12 handicap, Stephen enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and believes every successful transaction begins with trust, clear communication, and exceptional service.
