She made me feel like I was her only client. She returned all phone calls and emails immediately. I am a busy professional, so she did not hesitate to work around my schedule. I never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Whenever we met, I felt like I was hanging out with a good friend. I had issues dealing with the title company, and Stephanie had great follow through even though she had already been paid for the transaction. She followed up with me many times until the issue was resolved. She even checked on me a few days after my move in to make sure I didn't need anything! I wouldn't have wanted to trust anyone else through this process!!! Stephanie has a way about her that makes you feel comfortable and let's you know she has your back! She was always quick to respond and if she didn't know something, she was quick to find out!
