While I am a fresh face on the traditional residential side of the industry, I have spent much of my career behind the scenes in the world of high-volume property acquisition. My background is rooted in understanding the true heartbeat of a property’s value and the intricate details of a fair deal.

A Foundation in Business & Analysis

I’m a proud Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston’s Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship. Before transitioning into the traditional market, I worked as an Acquisitions Specialist, focusing on the technical and analytical side of real estate. During that time, I analyzed more than 600 residential properties for over 200 individual and institutional investor clients, preparing CMAs and detailed project analysis reports to guide their decisions. In total, I’ve closed more than $100 million in aggregate property value, primarily in off-market single-family and multifamily homes.

Beyond my professional roles, I have personally designed a new construction home, remodeled and sold ("flipped") residential properties, partnered with sellers in remodeling and selling their unsellable properties, and negotiated multiple commercial leases. These experiences have given me a sharp eye for property potential and a steady hand during negotiations.
