After graduating from Ohio State University, I moved to Houston, started a career and a family. I have been a resident of the Cypress area for over 25 years. Love Cypress,Tomball & Katy area and what they have to offer to those looking to move into these desirable areas! Jorge Klaus Hernandez is co-president of Klaus Homes, LLC, a residential and commercial real estate company located in Houston, Texas. Klaus is a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, where he received a Bachelor's of Science in International Business as well as hold a real estate brokerage license certified from the state of Texas. Klaus, at the age of 18, initiated his career in real estate by becoming a licensed Texas Real Estate Realtor in the Houston-metropolitan area in 2000. He became familiar with the real estate business since his mother, a long-time 25-year veteran in the real estate industry, showed him the ropes of how to provide excellent customer service, maintain positive and professional business relations, and be knowledgeable about real estate laws and policies. After three years of working with Realm Professionals, he ventured to become an independent owner and real estate broker of his own real estate company in 2006.

Tonia Jaeggi, CLHMS, CNE, SMP is the lead listing agent and owner of The Jaeggi Team. Part of the international luxury real estate association, she specializes in the sale and listing of single family luxury homes in the Houston area. An expert in real estate contracts and negotiations, Tonia has sold over 700 homes in the Houston area. A graduate of Cy-Fair High School (BFND), she makes her home in the Cypress area. Married since 2009, her husband is employed in the international and domestic oil & gas industry, and she is the proud mother of two daughters. Tonia is dedicated to giving back to her community and helping families reach their Real Estate goals.

Born here in Houston Texas, July 29th 1981, I have lived here all of my life with the exception of one year in upstate New York. I am a product of the city Spring, graduating from Klein High School in 2000. Upon graduation I attended Jr. College where I was very involved in the theater. I took up bartending to help get me through college. I decided I would turn my love for meeting new people, and ability to sell into a new career.

I began working at Cingular/AT&T Wireless as a sales consultant. gone through extensive training in Dallas Texas, came back to be placed in one of the highest revenue stores in Houston, while being supervised and trained by the top sales representative in the South Texas region. Selling my way to the top, I received several awards and recognition and was later recognized and credited for selling the largest phone transaction in the south district of Texas. I believe one of the most important things I learned in my telecommunications career was learning to listen to what people have to say, and then translating this information to determine people’s true wants and needs in a transaction.

While experiencing all of the challenges and excitement at Cingular/AT&T Wireless, I came across a wonderful couple, one a loan officer and the other a real estate agent, who told me, "if you can sell phones as well as you do, maybe you should try selling homes.” Needless to say I pondered the thought, obtained my license, and haven’t looked back since.

Martha PATTY Diaz REALTOR® was born in Mexico City, but raised in Houston, TX. She grew up in The Heights and has great love for the city that gave her the opportunity to grow as a person and a professional. Since then, Patty has established a strong connection and involvement within the community and is proud to call Houston her home.
