Welcome! Please feel free to contact me directly. I pride myself on being very accessible to my clients. Living in The Woodlands and surrounding communities for 40+ years provides me a thorough knowledge of this real estate market. I have been effective in leveraging technology and social media to market homes, but real estate is primarily a relationship business. The network of relationships I have built for over 30 years here is a significant asset that has served my buyers and sellers well. I am married to my wonderful husband, Paul, who shares his real estate and entrepreneurial skills. We have 7 kids between us that were raised in Montgomery County. Kathleen was the agent representing the homeowner of our now home. She was very professional and responsive. I reached out to her at midnight on weekend and she was able to show the home the same morning. We appreciate her hard work. We now live in our dream home !
