She was always very professional and was always readily available to assist me with anything I needed. As a first time home buyer I bombarded her with so many questions, yet she always remained patient and kind. She made sure I thoroughly understood everything I was getting into and insisted that I get exactly what I want. She took care of me through it all and despite the process being complete, she's still helping me out.
