Third generation native Texan and a Houstonian since 1969. Having owned and operated a family owned General Contracting Company in the Houston area. Our company was awarded the largest construction contract to a minority owned company by the Houston Housing Authority. We managed and operated rehab projects of distressed multi family projects, working with project managers, engineers, inspectors from permits to completion. I developed an aptitude for the Real Estate industry. with over 30 years experience in Property Management, I developed communication and negotiation skills, handling high pressure situations and build relationships with tenants. Types of property management investment owned projects included low income housing, multi-family, commercial properties, mixed use properties, historical properties, farm and ranch, hunting and fishing leases. Having served as VP on the Economic Development Board and Commissioner on the Housing Authority Board in South Texas, I amassed a vast knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate Development. As an investor in income generating properties, I gained expansive knowledge in this area that can benefit you. My designations include Sellers Representative Specialist, At Home With Diversity, Seniors Representative Specialist and a referral agent for the TSACHC a down payment assistant program for first time homebuyers. As a member of The Hispanic Division of Fathom, I use my Spanish language to communicate/translate when necessary. I am proud to serve as a Commissioner on The Keep Lake Jackson Beautiful Project, a City Council appointed position of my newly adopted City of Lake Jackson. Proud to belong to Brazosport Rotary, and a parishioner of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
