You could always contact a Realtor in Austin and refer it over to them for a referral fee. It would be really hard to manage the listing from Harris County and serve your seller\'s best interests from this distance.
This is a great learning source - I would also like to know, why would you want it permanently removed, and if HAR gave a ruling.
