How soon after signing the listing Agreement must the property be entered into the MLS?

Not sure the motive to the question - but the seller has this right and it can be changed with an amendment at any time: \n\n(2) Broker will not file this Listing with any Multiple Listing Services (MLS) or other listing service.\nNotice: Seller acknowledges and understands that if this option is checked: (1) Seller’s Property\nwill not be included in the MLS database available to real estate agents and brokers from other\nreal estate offices who subscribe to and participate in the MLS, and their buyer clients may not\nbe aware that Seller’s Property is offered for sale; (2) Seller’s Property will not be included in the\nMLS’s download to various real estate Internet sites that are used by the public to search for\nproperty listings; and (3) real estate agents, brokers, and members of the public may be\nunaware of the terms and conditions under which Seller is marketing the Property. \n\nI see signs go up in the area I live all the time and sometimes the property never hits MLS, or it goes straight to pending.I would hope that if it is being held out, it\'s because the sellers request so, and not as a way to sell a pocket listing. It could be construed as violating the Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines.

I’m licensed in Harris County. Can I list a house in Austin, TX.

You could always contact a Realtor in Austin and refer it over to them for a referral fee. It would be really hard to manage the listing from Harris County and serve your seller\'s best interests from this distance.

How can I totally remove a listing from har so it doesn\'t show any more on har

This is a great learning source - I would also like to know, why would you want it permanently removed, and if HAR gave a ruling.
