I grew up in Galveston helping my Dad remodel homes. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Construction Science my love for construction and understanding building layouts was a gateway into real estate. Thereafter I spent 7 years in the construction industry as a field engineer and project manager where I gained a true understanding of the real estate market and building trends. I've spent the past 18 years in Houston and specialize in performing comparative market analysis to maximize my client's negotiations whether they are renting, buying or selling. In 2012 I realized where my passion was and became an agent for Urban Leasing & Realty.
