“It has been a year to the day that Sandy helped us purchase our home in Spring, Texas. Sandy took all of what we were looking for in a home "“ master downstairs, 3/2 ½ minimum, our budget, a decent front and back yard, and no more than 45 minutes from either airport. She also considered our concerns: past flooding and if there were electrical lines going across the yard. As we looked through homes, Sandy clued us in on aspects of each house, both good and bad. Sandy would learn about us so as we viewed a home, she would notice what could possibly make us not like the home if we purchase it. Which if you are in awe of another part of the house, you could overlook it and regret later. If we had questions, she answered them. The best part in buying a home, using Sandy, is in her support. When we gave an offer, she would support the price and provide the seller with the evidence that proved why the house was worth our asking price. She was great at handling us when we became frustrated in understanding the Texas legal terms of the different loan processes. It was not just us looking for a home, it was Sandy looking out for our finances while we looked for a home. If we wanted to offer too much or too little, Sandy's experience would explain the cost to repair, remodel, etc. Those "extra"? matters that are a part of moving into a house, allowed us to tweak our offers to be competitive. Sandy made the experience of buying a home seem like she was buying it with us. She made buying a house feel as though we at least had someone who wanted us happy with our entire purchase "“ the house and the monthly mortgage."
