Im looking to do some marketing but have a VERY small budget. What do you find to be he best \" bang for your buck\" marketing ideas.

Marketing dollars can go in so many different directions. It may depend on how long you have been in the business, but if you can check where your previous year\'s income came from, then that would be where I would spend the most. If it came from pay for clicks, then up the amount according to your budget. It\'s also important to plan out the year for your entire business budget, well before the end of the current year! As an example, if your business through the year is from past client referrals or sphere of influence (SOI), then budget each month a way to contact each one of them on a monthly basis. If your business last year came from internet leads, then plan your budget to get more internet leads.

I\'m looking at renting or buying a house

There are many pluses towards buying a home. There is more to the question, however! How long do you plan on staying in the area? Is this a last home you plan on being at? Do you need the tax write off? If you are only planning on being in the area a short time, then renting may be the best way for you. If you are unsure, then maybe rent for a year to try it out and then decide.

I have contact several realtor and they can not do it. But I do see other house on market for lease. Please tell me how can I put this on market for other to see.

You will need to contact a Realtor for listing the property on the market in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for lease. They should be able to check to see if the property has any restrictions against doing so. There may be more questions that need to be answered as well as this one. There may also be a landlord criteria form that you may consider that states certain aspects of the lease as an example: Do you want to allow pets? If so, kind of pet and size limitations and if a pet fee or deposit. Do you want a short term or a long term tenant? What personal property will be included with the rental. There are several things that a professional Realtor can help you with.
