I am Sandi Matson, Realtor® with eXp Realty and founder of Sandi Sells Houston. I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and relocating families navigate the real estate market across Southeast Houston and the Bay Area, including League City, Dickinson, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Seabrook, La Porte, Alvin, Pearland, Webster, Kemah, and surrounding communities, where you will find everything from established homes and waterfront properties to brand-new construction communities.

Many buyers choose Southeast Houston because of its proximity to NASA, Johnson Space Center, Baybrook Mall, major employers, waterfront recreation, and beautiful suburban communities while still being within reach of downtown Houston.
One of the things my clients appreciate most is that I help them understand the full picture of homeownership, not just the purchase price. In the Houston area, important factors such as property tax rates, HOA fees, MUD or PID taxes, and insurance considerations such as flood or windstorm coverage can vary depending on the location of the property. My clients never have to experience feeling pressured into a decision; rather, my goal is to always provide clear guidance so clients can confidently choose what is best for them and their family.
With a background in real estate investing and more than three decades of professional experience helping people navigate important life decisions, I bring a thoughtful, strategic, and client-focused approach to every transaction. My goal is always to provide clear communication, strong negotiation, and guidance that helps my clients feel confident every step of the way.
