Due to his extensive experience and formal education (MBA and MFIN), he quickly transitioned to the commercial side of real estate specializing in investment properties, farms, storage, warehouse, mobile homes, and RV parks. Mr. Torres holds MBA and Master of Finance degrees from Tulane University and an undergraduate degree from Columbia University. He is married to Moire Torres, an AISD Teacher with four beautiful children. They like going to Houston Sabercats and Astro games but love watching their boys play rugby with the Spartans Rugby Club.

Coached CEO to sell a portion of minerals on the property to recover total investment the first year and continued to sell minerals on the property to improve the property. Hired construction company to clear land put in roads and build lakes on the property. Managed all levels of multiple projects including budgeting, administration, and prospecting. Maintained relationships with political establishment and Realtor community. Made sale presentation to prospective customers. Coached CEO through the sale of property resulting in 7900% profit.
