Leah was amazing through this whole process. Her knowledge of the market and how to prepare the house were invaluable. Networking was key and she had an array of trusted people and businesses I could tap into for repairs and renovations. Not just that but her sense of timing and where to position it on asking price made a tremendous difference. The day it was listed the showing appointments streamed in. It was unbelievable. Given the current economic environment my concern was that any house would sit on the market for some time. That was far from the case. Her recommendations for renovations and bringing the house up to eye catching appeal were spot on. She staged it for showings which, in my opinion, was the linchpin. It demonstrated the full potential of the property. We had multiple offers in short order. It was a long process because of our situation but she was ever patient and positive. Could not have gotten to this point without her and am so grateful for everything she did. I could write a book on the experience but the space is limited.
