Jose Torres is the Broker of Record for Tevas Real Estate Group Inc. and a proud US Navy Veteran. With over 25 years of experience managing finance, real estate, and projects on a national and international level, he can help clients achieve success.
Jose started his real estate career on the residential side. He helped his clients acquire properties with immediate equity. He knows that buying a home will start you off with financial freedom. Young AK3 Torres bought his first townhome, knowing it would help his family create wealth. That townhome has now has appreciated three times over.
Due to his extensive experience and formal education (MBA and MFIN), he quickly transitioned to the commercial side of real estate specializing in investment properties, farms, storage, warehouse, mobile homes, and RV parks. He can learn (research) and develop business models for his client's real estate needs.
Mr. Torres holds MBA and Master of Finance degrees from Tulane University and an undergraduate degree from Columbia University. He is married to Moire Torres, an AISD Teacher with four beautiful children. They like going to Houston Sabercats and Astro games but love watching their boys play rugby with the Spartans Rugby Club.
